We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Autism Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team dedicated to supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of autism and related developmental disorders, and will be skilled in designing and implementing individualized support plans that promote communication, social interaction, and independence.
As an Autism Specialist, you will work closely with individuals across the lifespan—from early childhood through adulthood—providing assessments, interventions, and ongoing support. You will collaborate with families, educators, therapists, and other professionals to ensure a holistic and person-centered approach to care. Your role will involve conducting behavioral assessments, developing treatment plans, training caregivers and staff, and monitoring progress over time.
You should be knowledgeable about evidence-based practices such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), social skills training, and sensory integration strategies. Strong communication skills, empathy, and patience are essential, as is the ability to adapt interventions to meet the unique needs of each individual.
This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with autism and their families. If you are passionate about neurodiversity and committed to fostering inclusion and growth, we encourage you to apply.
